big ideas (don't get any)

today was my last full day in block island this year! very sad. i didn't get to swim in the ocean this year because the weather has been so changeable and mostly drizzly and unpleasant. i go back home tomorrow morning, then up to uconn for stacie's housewarming party, then to bristol for the 4th. this year's 4th of july should be pretty awesome, i'm spending thursday and friday in bristol, where i've heard the road lines are painted red white and blue. i also started painting watercolors for a new story today, which i'll scan in later.
